Thanks, this was very helpful. I have to say, if thermos had made the straws available in the first place, I wouldn’t have ordered (what turned out to be the wrong straw) from ebay for $9! It was most frustrating.

Thanks! Just wonder where did you find the model number. I checked around the bottles, and couldn’t see anything. Do you mind pointing me to the location? Maybe my bottles are so wore out.

As of July 2015 the direct phone number to order replacement straws from Thermos is (800) 831-9242 (press 1 at the automated menu). Have your thermos model number ready (you can get that from the listing of the thermos on Amazon).
